All sales are final with the exception of damaged goods.

Each print is packaged with care but in the event that your print arrives in less than perfect condition please email photographs of the damage to florigin@believein.net, within 3 days.

 As each print is unique, in the event of a print arriving damaged, a replacement will be offered, but will not be guaranteed an exact match. Each print is hand produced and usually only one is held in stock, therefore please be patient to allow a replacement to reach you. We will endeavour to replace any damaged prints in a reasonable time frame, or offer a refund.

Please be aware, 'change of mind' returns will not be accepted. 

To start a damaged goods return, you can contact us at jo@florig.in. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
